Not sure what to say?

To Smokey's Family - We were saddened to learn of his passing from Chad in the Winners Circle at the Breeder's Cup. How difficult it must have been for Chad and the family. I don't know you could manage the grief and the joy on the same day. Our thoughts are with you all on the loss of your husband, father, grandfather and brother. He was a special man.

Patty and Families,
I'm so sorry for the loss of your husband, father and grandfather please know your in my thoughts and prayers.

I will always miss you Grandpa, you had given me so many great memories!! We will always have you in our hearts. I promise, my future children will know who Grandpa Smokey is. I will tell all the stories and memories that you have given to me. I love you and we all will miss you deeply.

Pauline and Patty,

Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

May your hearts soon be filled with wonderful memories of joyful times together as you celebrate a life well-lived.

Aunt Penny & family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Uncle Smokey was one of my favorite uncles, and I am so happy that I saw both of you at the family reunion last summer. Uncle Smokey was just as I remembered him - a great big man with a great sense of humor. I remember his visits to the village, sitting with Grandpa, Uncle John & occasionally my dad - the guys having “communion” and the ladies catching up on everything under the sun. Such great memories and I was only a small part...

To all of you,
I am very sorry for your loss please know you are in my thoughts and prayers
