Elmer David Metras

I worked with Elmer on the railroad for many years. I always enjoyed his personality. He was so funny at times, and also proved what a caring man he was. I can say he was a good railroad man, helping many people entering the profession with his knowledge helping them out. He had looks that would talk. A good man! Rest in peace my friend and I will see you on the other side. My prayers are with your family.

I worked with Elmer early in my railroad career and enjoyed working with him.He gave me his locker when he retired.My deepest sympathy to his family and friends.Thanks for the memories Elmer..RIP
