Elmer Ray Mullins

     Elmer Ray Mullins, 78, of Huddy, KY, passed away Thursday November 29, 2018 at his residence. Elmer was born September 5, 1940 a Harts, WV, to the late Frank Mullins and Ruth Elaine McCloud Mullins. Elmer is also preceded in death by his wife Ethel "Peachie" Mullins, and his sisters; Agnes Hagan, Donna Gail Browning and Ova Mae Ball. Elmer was an electrician in the mining industry, a member of the UMWA and loved to hunt, fish, woodworking and loved guns.
Elmer is survived by his daughters; Amanda Ruth (Brian) Runyon Sr. of Parkersburg, WV, and Susan Raye (James) Williamson of Purcellville, VA. He is also survived by his siblings; Frank (Susanna) Mullins Jr. of Parkersburg, WV, Susie Carol Chapman of Tellcity, IN, Lanny Mullins Sr. of Harts, WV, Richard (Luiz) Mullins of Willis, TX, and Patricia Ann (Howard) Self of Birmingham, AL., his grandchildren; Elainea Suzanne Williamson, Brian Keith Runyon Jr., Matthew Hunter Runyon and Branden Tyler Williamson and a host of loving family and friends
     Visitation will be from 2 - 3 PM Sunday December 2, 2018 at R. E. Rogers Funeral Home with a memorial service starting at 3 PM Sunday at the R. E.
