I met Elmer in approx 2001. He always had a bubbly personality and could always make me laugh. Ariana called him "Uncle Elmo" and he loved that! He thought she was just the most precious niece. He had a heart of Gold. He will be missed by many. He is now rejoicing with the Angels and his ma and pa and brother whom he loved very much. We will miss you Uncle Elmo!
