Elmer was one of the first to greet and help me as a new OHPA horseshoe pitcher. He will always be remembered for all he did for Oregon City and the state of Oregon in our sport of Horseshoes. He and Oneta were truly a special couple - the nicest people you could ever meet. Our thoughts and prayers go out to family and friends.
