I am so sorry I was not able to come to the funeral home to say everything I have to say. Hold on to one another over this journey in the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. dear peter and family-my condolences to you on the loss of your father.

Dr. Rost delivered my two babies in 1987 and 1990. I was so happy to see him at the nurse's station when I was wheeled up there both times! He was a wonderful doctor and a true gentleman.

My deepest condolences at such a time of sorrow. Dr. Rost saw my mom and ultimately delivered me after she had lost five children through stillbirth or miscarriage. Words are inadequate to express my late mother and father's gratitude -- and mine -- to him. I was so sorry to here about your loss (and the community's) He was a caring man and Doctor. He delivered all four of my children and always with the compassion I felt he would give his own daughter. My second daughter was born with clubbed feet and he immediately calmed my fears and said, " She will be fine...and look how beautiful God made her...no one will ever notice her feet. She is 25 now and he was right! My prayers are with you all.
