Read MoreI am so sad for your loss. I knew Elmer and Martha through our Scandinavian Club. My late husband John was always very interested in Elmer's '36 Ford. They shared many a picnic checking under the hood. I will always remember Elmer and Martha fondly.

Elmer and Martha will always be in my memory from my years at First Christian/University Christian Church. What I remember about Elmer is how strong he was physically, and what a good and kind heart he had. He served the Lord and His church with a deep commitment. I'm sure it has been a great reunion with Martha, and that he has heard the words, "Well done, thou good and faithful servant!" Rev.
