Not sure what to say?

We are saddened to hear of Fr. Sullivan's passing. He was a fair man who helped the church through integration in the late fifties and early sixties. We were members of St. Luke's while he was the rector. We send condolences to Jean, Jonathan, Elizabeth and the entire family.

Dear Jean and Family, The loss of Fr Pat is not only a loss to you and yours, but to any and all that knew him. He was a dear sweet man and a joy to talk to. May God keep him close, (He'll probably put him in the Administration Dept!) and send his angels to comfort and succor you all. Grace and Peace,

I've been fortunate to have Fr Sullivan as a part of my life for over 60 years. As childhood priest, much needed counselor in my teens, co celebrant at my wedding and baptisms of my children but most of all as a treasured friend. My summer visits to the Jersey shore won't be the same without our luncheon dates.

I met Father Sullivan in 1964-65 when he recruited my pre-school daughter Lisa to enroll in a Head Start program that he was establishing in St. Luke's Church in Ewing. He was very kind to us. May he rest in peace and may his family retain loving memories of him.

Jean, the very thought of you brings tears to my eyes. What wonderful times we have had over the years. You guys really honored me by asking me to be the celebrant for your nuptial mass. Your kids are so special, too. To know brother Bobby has always been delightful. As Pat said, probably more than...

Fr Sullivan was the priest who officiated at my wedding. He always said that we were marrying each other, he was not marrying us, merely officiating. He was also my oldest son's Godfather, and most important, husband to one of my oldest friends. You will be sorely missed in the hearts of many.
