Dear Wilt Family,
Lyle was indeed a special person. I have known Lyle for years, we served on the village board together and I was always so impressed about his concerns about the Village of Cherry Valley. I would usually run into him every couple of weeks and he would always ask me about a project that was going on or give me a suggestion about something but he was always sincerely concerned about life in our little village.
