I am so very sorry to learn of Mr. Cruit's passing. I spoke with him just a few months ago and he seemed to be doing fine. I worked with Mr. Cruit for almost thirty years at TACA Airlines. He would call me from time to time to get updates on what was going on with TACA and the latest news on our TACA friends. Even though TACA MSY is no longer in existence, the bond that we shared is still there and will be there always. We were like one big family. I will pass the word on to our friends...

I was very fortunate to know all of the Cruits. We all attended the same church, First Baptist Church of Kenner when I was growing up. Back 54 years ago Mrs. Cruit was my first grade teacher. Mr. Cruit was one of the finest gentlemen I have ever know. He will be missed. I will be praying for Elmo. I hope he is adjusting.
