Not sure what to say?

I worked with Elmer at GMAC mortgage and we quickly became friends. I found her to be very kind and a sweet person. She really cared about people and was a hard worker. She will surely be missed. Prayers and my condolences to her loving family.

Elder and worked together for years at the Grnesee District Library. She was a lovely person. She always had a beautiful smile. My condolences to the family. Praying for you all.

I worked with Elner at GMAC Mortgage, and just learned of her passing. I also considered her a friend. She, another co-worker, and I called ourselves the 3 Musketeers. I am truly saddened, but hope her last days were filled with love, and am confident that she's in heavenly glory now.

Elner and I first met at college. Years later we both met again after relocating to Flint. I am saddened by her transitioning.

I was sad to hear of Elners passing. I worked with her in Grand Blanc for several years. Her work ethic and compassion were incredible. I considered her a friend as well as a coworker. May God bless her family and relatives and know that she was a well respected lady that I will never forget.

Such a beautiful soul. One of the rare individuals who was passionately dedicated to the service of others. I really enjoyed her stories about her childhood. To her family my deepest sympathy, you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Elner was an awesome lady who was very unselfish with her skills and talents. She was a great leader in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority. She epitomized the principles of the sorority. She leaves a legacy that will inspire many to emulate. She was truly a Finer Woman whose Zeta light showed everywhere. She will be forever remembered by many. Rest Elner as you join your triumphant sorors Prayers to the family as you mourn your great lost of someone so dear Soror Audrey McKandes ZOZ

My first memory of my aunt was when she took care of me during my Mom´s surgery. I was about 4 or 5 and she had a little toy car that I could ride in. She let me play in that all day until it got dark and she just followed behind. Looking back she was probably tiring me out so I would sleep good! But, it was my first experience of her warmth, love of family, and zest for life. She was a gift and will be missed forever.

She was the woman who helped me make the decision to join Zeta 2 years before I actually went for it. Her mind was sharp, her heart was full, and she was dedicated to serving. She will be deeply missed and never forgotten.
