I was a student nurse@St,Joseph class of 1965 Mrs.Pea was the most beautiful black woman I had ever seen she was regal!She was willing to teach and encourage us student nurses!Roz. and I@ that time were the only Black students@the time and Mrs.Pea was a shining example for us to try to follow!God bless her and her wonderful family and legacy she created here on earth she by her eternal spirit lives on and on! To the Pea Family as a black student nurse at St,Joseph Sch.of Nursing I had the privilege of knowing Mrs.Pea she was always encouraging and supportive of all the student nurses.She was an example to follow in her dedication to patients and thier families as well what a wonderful spirit filled person. I worked with Elnor at St Joes and have fond memories of her as a

I worked with Mrs Pea when I first started as a LPN in ICU. She had such a calm presence. She was such a good nurse and a wonderful mentor. I am so sorry for your loss.
