What a lovely lady Ellie was! she taught me that a disability does not have to limit you. I visited her one Easter when she was hosting a meal. I was amazed how much she was able to accomplish! Her apartment was a bit isolated so perhaps others at Genesis did not get opportunities to meet and get to know her and learn about her giving nature and many accomplishments! I worked with Elly for many years, volunteering for the various fundraisers for CMN. She was always smiling. I'm sorry I couldn't attend the services as I was volunteering for another CMN fundraiser yesterday. May she rest in peace.
