Eloise was not only my mentor, but a friend as well. We shared many laughs as we pored over some Hiaki language phrases. Eloise was a great colleague and a dear friend. I shall miss her greatly. The world has lost a great scholar and great person. My sincerest condolences to Art, Tom and the rest of the family.
