To the Pearson and Heyward Families,
We extend our deepest sympathies to each of you. Mrs. Pearson was not only one of our former teachers, but she was also a neighbor. The neighborhood, like everything in life, changes and evolves. The one constant is memories and I have many fond memories of conversations with Mrs. Pearson.

Mrs. Pearson was my homeroom teacher for three (3) years. She was always kind and generous to her students. She will be truly missed by those who knew her and those she taught. I am a former student of the late Eloise Pearson. I remember her as a kind and very good teacher. I graduated from Haut Gap High School on John's Island, South Carolina in 1968. Please accept my sincere condolences.
