Not sure what to say?

How time passes. Eloy was a good friend in f mine in his years at St Peters catholic school in Laredo Texas and later in high school. Always with a smile never negative always positive. Last time I saw Eloy he was working for Dennys in Laredo Texas. While looking up old friends I learned of his passing. Well over 14 years. My belated condolences to his family and yes he was a very good person and friend. RIP.

My dear friend I still miss you to this day. I still cherish those times we spent togethe as friends. I'll never forget when you, Carlitos, David and I used to get together for a beer after a Chamber meeting. We had somegreat conversations between us. Our friend David Flores has just passed and its also a sad day for us just as it was when you passed. I will always remember you my friend. Ismael Delgado

It is still a struggle everyday without my dad for all members of the family.

Thank you for all of your thoughts and prayers.

To the family of Eloy Barrera: I first met Eloy when I joined the McDonald's Corporation in 1984 and we attended the Hispanic Career Development Workshop (HCD). He was a colleague and a friend...someone you never forget. Always a gentleman, always looking for a win/win solution, ethical, high standards with a positive attitude. I am sorry we had lost touch but he left an indelible impression on all who knew him. Sincere condolences and prayers to his family.

Eloy was definitly a special guy, who was totally dedicated to the ensuring a better future for children and his community. I worked with him for several years at McDonald's and found him to be a committed and loyal person. He was geniune with no pretentions at all. His legacy speaks volumn about the way he lived his life.

My heartfelt condolences to the family of Mr. Barrera. It's good people like Mr. Barrera that uplift our culture and our community. May God have Mr. Eloy Barrera in Paradise.
