ELROY C. "El" SCHMIDT

My dear handsome Uncle El. Hope things are going well up there with all three of your sisters again, especially with my Mom, who so loved you! We miss you all down here but know we will meet again. I loved telling you my stories because they always made you laugh. You were a great man, Uncle El. I love you dearly, your niece, Jean. PS: Say hi to Pam for me, okay, I miss her so much, so, so much. She's the one who made me laugh.

I am so very sorry to hear about El's passing. I took care of him at The Gardens at Westlake and I always thought so much of him! We always had something we'd laugh about! I know he has to be in a good place now! Rest in Peace and my thoughts and prayers are with the Family.

His smile and his laughter! Uncle El always got a great kick out of the funny family stories we told at the Thanksgiving dinners (any dinner for that matter) at my Mom's house. Aunt Doris watched what he ate, so sneaking that dessert to him was always good too. Will miss you Uncle El.
