A very dear lady with whom I had many brief conversations via phone. I came to know her as Nana Asseff. She will be sorely missed.

So sorry to hear of your loss. She sounds like she loved life and got to share so much in so many of your lives. You have all those memories to keep close to your hearts and all the love she gave.

When my husband retired we had to find ways to cut corners. One such way was to drop my subscription to St. Anthony Messenger magazine. I was fortunate enough to receive a gift subscription from Elsie Asseff. It was by God's design that I happened upon the postcard again today and while looking her up online found out about her passing into God's loving hands. I thank God for our paths crossing.
