Barb, Ferris and Dwier, I send my sympathies to each of you and the other family members. What a great person Elsie was (and is)! One of the best benefits I experienced from working for Ferris (1983-1988) was getting to know your mom and dad. I have many fond memories of both. Let your many memories of Elsie mitigate the grief of her loss. Love to y'all from Santa Barbara. Jud Norrell.

Warm, funny, creative, lively, welcoming, community oriented. Among the people that I am better for having known.
Elsie and Dick were representative of the best values and traits of the aptly...

So sweet - and so filled with love.... your words, telling the story of your beloved Mother and Grandmother, feel like a well-deserved and just tribute to a very special woman.
I send my sympathies in your loss but hold hope in my heart for the comfort of your memories.
Elsie is surely happy in Heaven!
