Dear Sarah, Margo and Family:

We are grateful to have been able to attend the home-going service. It was a beautiful celebration and the programs were beautifully done and a real tribute to her.

So very sorry to hear of your wonderful Mother's passing. She and I worked literally side by side at the Division of Taxation for many years, where I always felt she was a dear friend, mentor and second mother to me. She taught me how to be a strong, independent woman in a man's world without compromising my own integrity, and for that I will be forever grateful. RIP Elsie. You were one of a kind and will be truly missed.
