Not sure what to say?

I will always remember Aunt Elsie's wonderful spirit, laugh and gentle way. She embraced life and those around her. She had a deep and abiding love for her Heavenly Father and will not be forgotten.

Dear Jeschke Family,

I was privileged to spend every Monday morning with Elsie Rose during our art class. Elsie was always the first to arrive and last to leave. Elsie enthusiastically entered into whatever the project was and delighted in giving everything away. As I grew to appreciate and love her ways I realized that she just was the epitomie of love period. I treasure the occasions when she invited me to lunch with her, her hugs and the gratefulness she always expressed. I...

Annie and family,

I first met "Mama Jeschke" when I was in third grade at church. My mom told me to talk to the new pastor's girl who was the same age as me. I was very shy, but we soon became best friends, even until this day 50 years later. I have so many memories, Bill and Elsie were like second parents to my sisters and me. We spent lots of time together when I was growing up. I remember their smiles and remember the way they laughed. As an adult, I always knew Elsie was...

I didn't know that there could be such a love between a mother and daughter. I didn't know that a mother could be a friend, confidante, teacher, helper and comfort. I didn't know any of this until I met Annie and Elsie. I didn't know that anyone could have room in there heart for many. But she made room for me, and I will forever be truly thankful. Thank you Elsie Rose for being such a beautiful woman of God and for passing so many of your sweet attributes on to you daughter, who in turn has...

My mother, my friend, and in the end, my "daughter". A sober thought from having been a child lovingly cared for by you to becoming your caregiver. Those words, "Hold me, Mama", will forever be etched in my mind and heart. You loved me unconditionally. You never stopped believing in me. Your sacrifices were endless. And for your faithful prayers, I am eternally grateful.
You are the epitome of Psalms 73:26 - "My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my...

Aunt Elsie was a very special Aunt. Some of her last words- hours before she passed were " the most important thing is to love Jesus" and I said to her " and you love Jesus with all your heart" and she answered "Yes I do". Her life has been a testimony of those words.

I have enjoyed many good conversations with her, lots of laughter and wonderful memories. She will always have a special spot in my heart. She will be missed.

Great Gramma Jeschke was the best Great Gramma I've ever had! And we had the same birthday together. And our hearts were close and also we went to her funeral. She's just the greatest Great Gramma I have ever had! **(words by:Hunter typing by:Mommy)**

BILL AND ELSIE WERE WONDERFUL FRIENDS AND WE WILL SEE THEM AGAIN IN HEAVEN. WE ATTENDED CLACKMAS PARK BAPTIST CHURCH TOGETHER. GOD BLESS THE FAMILY AND I KNOW THAT ELSIE WILL BE
MISSED A LOT HUGH AND HELGA MCDANIEL

I am so sorry to hear of the loss of Mrs. Jeschke. She was my PE teacher at St Mary's Academy many years ago, and I have thought of her often. She was a dear sweet lady, and did not care if her students were athletic or not. I was definately not. My thoughts and prayers are with your family.
