Elsie Belle Quinn

I first met "Kitty" when she to volunteer at DSHS about 35 years ago, I helped train her to jobs she did around the office. When I retired from there in 2001, I lost contact with her until I start going to Harman Center after my husband passed away. When we reacquainted there we stayed close friends.
