Not sure what to say?

To each one of the family, we are sad to hear of your loss. Elsie was a kind, generous person from the first we saw her. Near the beginning of 1970, we were sitting across a desk from Elsie in the Bank of Gloucester. Elsie was helpful and patient as two people she hadn't seen before anxiously anticipated signing a mortgage for a house. A few years ago, she asked if I remembered that; I did then and I do now - we're grateful for that and the few times since then. You are each in our thoughts...

Nanny will be missed by everyone who was lucky enough to know her. Such a sweet, kind hearted woman. I'm so sorry to hear of your loss & pray for your family during this trying time.

Lloyd, Kim, Jacob, and Joshua,

Please accept our heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your grandmother. Hopefully the memory of her will be something to comfort your family in the days ahead. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this difficult time. In this stressful time, please let us know if I can help in any way.

May God's Grace strengthen you,

I am so sorry to hear of Mrs. Ward's passing. She was one of the sweetest women I have met, and it was always a joy to help her when she came to the bank. She will be remembered fondly.
