This one hits me really hard. As I look back, Sandy and I had the privilege of 5 assignments together. OBC in 78, with Jim Jackson and Stan Piotroski. Then Ft. Riley, 78-81. Next, FRG 81-84, he at Mainz, me at Mannheim. WRAMC 89-90 and finally Stuttgart 90-93. He was truly a great man and friend. This means that Sandy and I had over 10 years of our 15 year SWO´s career together. He will be sorely missed. Condolences to his family.
