Not sure what to say?

We loved Aunt Elva. She was so kindhearted and beautiful woman of God. I will never forget she and Uncle Charles was there for me when my son, Tommie, passed away. It meant so much to me to see them pull up in the driveway and giving me big hugs and loving on me. She is at home with the ones that have gone on before. Love and miss her but we will see her again in heaven. Prayer for Libby & Wilma and family.

Years ago, Elva was there for me and such a great friend. I will be forever grateful and better for knowing her. I cherished our time together. Love, Bonnie & Danny.

Grandma Elvie' as she was affectionately known to so many including my late husband Terry & myself. I am honored to have known this sweet, precious & spunky woman of God. Family & Friends: My prayers are with you all at this time. Heaven has gained a beautiful angel. God bless you, Love, Kandi (Tincher) Detro

Lil' Elvie. That's what I loved to call her. I fondly remember when I first became aquainted with this little, but mighty lady. As I started dating her 'boy" Frank, she would treat me as though she always knew me. When I would go visit she would have supper waiting for me. I loved being at her home. And, that is just how she would always make you feel, at home. Well, Lil"Elvie, you're at home now. Maybe you could have supper waiting for me when I get there.
Hug my mom for me!

My thoughts and prayers are with you during this time.I know the pain and loss.God bless all of you.Love Carol Ann

Elvie was such a good, kind person. Beloved by many, she will be honored in heaven. May God comfort the family.

Aunt Elva was the most outgoing & hospitable Lady I know. She always welcomed you into her home, and you were sure to leave feeling full and happy, with great conversation. She will be greatly missed by all. Love you, Aunt Elva...until we meet in Heaven!!

Elva always held a special place in my heart. ❤ She was so nice to me when I was little.
