Not sure what to say?

We are so sorry we missed the services for Elva. She was such a sweet, kind caring person.

She was such a warm and wonderful woman. She took our family under her huge (angel?) wings. She will be missed by all of us.

I so love your Mother, your Dad and all of the Pearson family. You have always welcomed me and accepted me as one of your own. Know that my favorite memories are just over the fence.

I couldn't have asked for a better Grandmother for my children! What a wonderful legacy you have left. Sending love to the whole family.

When I think of your mother, I think of grace and acceptance. She was the queen of being a hostess, long before Martha Stewart tried to take her job. I love your family and know that my sympathy is with you at this time of celebration that she is at peace with her family in heaven.

May I wish the Pearson family my love and support from the loss of their mother. I remember her well. I grew up with most of the kids. We had some good activities at her home on 48th and the Canal road. May the Lords blessings be with you and comfort you at this time.

My thoughts and prayers are with the family of Elva. She was such a dear woman whom I loved and respected! I know my life and many others have been touched by her for the good. Though I am saddened by her loss, I can't help but feel joy over the wonderful reunion that is taking place on the other side of the veil. All my love Tami

We were very happy to meet Elva and her extended family on our visit in 2012. Chas & Rose Taylor, England

Family and friends can give us a degree of comfort. At times, however distress is beyond human remedies. Only God can give us comfort regardless of how distressing our situation may be. His word assures us He is near and hears our cry for help. (Psalm 145:18-19)
