KITSON, Elvera H. - Of Salem, Missouri, formerly of Flint, age 74, died Monday, October 20, 2003 at Salem Memorial Hospital in Salem, Missouri. Funeral service will be held at 1PM Friday, October 24, 2003 at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 West Hill Road, Reverend Zoltan S. Sutto officiating. Burial in Flint Memorial Park. Those desiring may make contributions to the Heritage United Church of Christ in Davison. Visitation 1-8PM Thursday and 11AM Friday until the time of the service at the funeral home. Mrs. Kitson was born in Flint, Michigan on May 26, 1929. She was employed by McLaren Hospital for 28 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Surviving are 3 children, Bruce and wife Karen Kitson, Marla Slemp, Pamela and husband Eldon Gott; 9 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sisters, Irene Eagleson and Elenor Travis; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Blaine; son-in-law, Richard Slemp and sister, Margaret Werschky.

Aunt Elvera will surely be missed. She was loved by all of us. We love and miss you and you guys are in our prayers and thoughts.
