I8 knew Elvia at Glassboro State. I learned that she passed Ironically on Monday, March 20, 2023, the day my wife was funeralized as I was speaking to the pastor. He spoke about his having been a pastor in Jerico. At which time I asked about Elvia. That's when I learned of her passing. She was a wonderful person and friend. My deepest condolences to her family.

I did not know Ms. Elvia but as l came across this in the paper I was stunned as I have Never seen anything about anyone who shares my name and felt compelled to express my condolences. May she Rest In Peace

Elvia was one of those rare true friends that you can count on one hand. When we would meet, she was always the same, sharing how good Jesus is. I will miss her dearly.
