Not sure what to say?

I only knew Elvin for a short time but he left me with nice memories of him. I always enjoyed talking with Elvin. We had a lot of talks where he shared a lot of his life's memories and different adventures along his way in life. I found him so profoundly interesting and sometime amazed at his different thoughts and beliefs on life. He was a firm man (not easily persuaded) with such a good heart. So thankful that God put him in my pathway. Sending my condolences to his beloved family. RIP...

Sending my deepest condolences to the Curtis family. Elvin served as my first preceptor as a pharmacy intern at the University Hospital pharmacy lab. I still remember his kind demeanor and his advice... "Learn to cook 5 wonderful meals and you'll never lack for friends!"

I just saw elvins obituary. I hadn’t seen him in many years. Bu t wanted to share the profound impact he had on my life. As a young pharmacy employee he was my friend. Mentor and hero. Without his mentorship I would have been lost

I was fortunate to share many pleasant evenings with Elvin and Barb which included wonderful meals prepared by Elvin. His stories always made for a interesting evening. He will be missed by all his many friends. I send my sympathies to all his family

We still have 2 indoor South African lilies when in bloom remind us of Elvin. We have a red bud tree and many other plants thanks to his generosity! His dinner parties at Stony Lake and at his home on Lake Michigan were truly memorable. At one of those...
