Not sure what to say?

EDM was my 1st cousin. We talked on the phone often, but e-mailed everyday. I will miss all those forwards. I will miss the humor that he added to my life. Much love, grs

Elvin Dean Mauk was known in Ogden, IL, our home town as "Zeke". He had a great sense of humor and usually left me gasping with laughter at the things he said. I admired his talent and his art work. He was a good friend of mine. I'll miss you too, Zeke.

What a wonderfully comical and compasionate man. Your legacy lives on many walls in many homes! You will be missed.

Elvin was in my brother's class in high school and we all were in MYF together. We had a great time. I played straight-man to his humor. He was a good friend. He had a great sense of humor and wonderful artistic talent. Looking forward to seeing him when we all get to heaven.

Dear El, for all your quirky ways and all your wonderful art, it was an honor to have gotten to know you. You will be missed! Rachael "the Queen" Lee, Tanglewood Village in Decatur PS Thank you so much to Larry Birch for contacting me about Elvin's hospital stay. I really appreciated it.

Elvin - we will miss your sense of humor and your emails. We will miss your smile and you being you.

Elvin, we will miss you at the cousins, Kentucky reunions.
You are in our thoughts and prayers

Elvin was a good friend. I got to know El, thru Tanglewood Village when his friend Tom Kerwin lived there. I manage the kitchen, and for about the last 3 or 4 years EL and I have communicated thru E-mail, I will miss his sence of humor and his kindness......
