Not sure what to say?

I don't know what to say in this letter exept my grandpa was an amazing man. He was more than my grandpa he was my friend. Anybody could tell him anything and he would never judge them. He loved his entire family despite all of the stress we may have put him through. At the end of the day he loved all of us and was and always will be proud of all of us and what we become, and all of the obsticals we have overcome. I love you grandpa and you are in my thought everyday.

To the Family of Gene Neely,
That was a wonderful service today at Gene’s funeral. Very moving and true to the spirit of the man. I am following the suggestion of the Reverend and adding my reflections on Gene for you to share.

Thank you for being you. For always greeting me with a smile and a big hello, for the fishing trips and for exepting me for who I was, and most of all for being there for Nick when I couldn't be.
I'm going to miss you !

Grandpa Neely was an incredible man who was always full of jokes. Although we only knew each other for the past couple years, we are better people for knowing him. We were always made at home and felt like part of the family. Our hearts and love are with the family.
With love,
Jenny and Tyler

I would like to give my regards to the entire family and the friends of Elvin Eugene Neely. I wish i could have gotten to know him better but will always remember the few afternoons we did share discussing the SF giants and golf. He was a very generous man who would let me borrow his set of golf clubs anytime so i could golf with his grandson Damion.

Shelley and Grandpa on Thanksgiving 2006

Grandpa,

Thank you for being a wonderful grandpa. Thank you for being MY grandpa.

I'm going to miss you. I'm going to miss the goofy faces you make, you sitting in your chair, all the pretend smacks at me while youre walking by, and going to miss YOU being you.

Who am I going to have help me tow my car now? = ) I think I can do it after watching you numerous times.

I want to thank you for wearing that blue and red sweater to my last birthday party. That was one...
