Not sure what to say?

Here it is, 2022, and I still (and will always) hold dear one of my greatest memories as a counselor at Wisconsin Lions Camp: the day I had the pleasure of taking Elvita sailing on a beautiful August day when I had the privilege of getting to converse with her as we tacked across the water for a good part of the afternoon. Rest well Elvita. You made a permanent place in my heart. *Until we meet again!

I am truly sorry for your loss. When she was a young girl she was the flower girl for my great grandma and grandpa, Margaret Curro and Giuseppi Paris. We even have a picture of her from their wedding ceremony. They have both been called to heaven already and I know that they are happy to see her once again. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Elvita was an amazing woman who impacted my life tremendously. I was a student of hers years ago. I regret that we lost touch and I am especially sad that I happened to find out about her passing too late to pay my respects on June 4th.

Elvita will always have a very very special place in my heart. God bless her. I know God is enjoying her beautiful singing up in heaven.

She had such a difficult life. May she rest in peace. I love you Elvita !!!

All of Lincoln High School alumni will forever remember Elvita as I will.

I truly enjoyed getting to know Elvita when she stayed in my cabin for a few summers at Wisconsin Lions Camp. She had such an independent spirit and so much fun to be with, she will be greatly missed.

Our father and mother, John and Margaret Alberte, admired her greatly. She had a remarkable life and broght so much joy to all of Milwaukee.

In memory of a fantastic lady. She was a camper with us here at the Wisconsin Lions Camp - her good humor and spirit made her one that all loved to visit with - she will be missed.

To the family: Sorry for your loss.
To the world: I wish more people had heard her voice.
I often remember Elvita singing at my Grandmother Antonia Ablerte's memorial service at St. John's Cathedral. I heard her voice through my heart and will never listen to Ava Maria without tears in my eyes.

Elvita will always be in my heart as she taught me more about playing clarinet than any of my music professors. She will be missed.
