Not sure what to say?

My dear sweet friend, Lori:

Although I only met your father once; I feel like I knew him well!

I have so enjoyed our many conversations about this wonderful man; always got a chuckle at his many jokes, but what I remember most is your heartfelt love and respect for him and then feeling the passion that you can't help but feel when you shared your stories!

I know that we can count on you to continue to keep him and his legacy close, even to those of...

Lori, & Glenn, I guess I should read all of my email more often.
Hind sight is always 20/20. I should have called, and am sorry I didn't.
Now Uncle Elvoy is with Aunt Bert, and all.
A man who's shoes cannot be filled.

Dear Loralee, Glen & all your family;

We are very sorry that we couldn't get To Riverton for Uncle Elvoy's services, Your father will certainly be missed by all of us. Many wonderful memories of Uncle Elvoy & your Mother have have been & will often be, remembered by all of us.

Our Mother Betty, and all of us on Grandma Connie's side are wishing you all the best.

"We are thankful to have known such a great man".

I'm sorry I did not know of Elvoy's passing until after the funeral. I know that he is in far better place now.

Lori - My thoughts and prayers are with you at this time of loss and celebration of his life.

Dear Lori,
My heartfelt sympathy to you and your family.
I'm sorry I never had the opportunity to meet your sweet Father. I know how much you loved and cared for him.
May your memories give you comfort and may God grant you peace and blessings. Love, BeeJay

My dear friend Lori- I am so happy I had the opportunity to meet your dad. What an incredible man he was- so full of life, energy and jokes. He got his wish about the new chapel didnt he? Wishing you lots of love, peace and comfort. Love Debra Jane

I remember meeting Elvoy a few years back. I am a family friend of Lori. He spoke to me about how he met his eternal companion while serving his mission. I remember how strong his feelings were and how confirming his conviction was that he had met the one for him. He is doing the same work now he desired to do here. Only now he is serving with no holds barred! Lori, my beloved wife BrookAnne and I send our prayers and love to you and our joy for Elvoy. He is finally home with his sweetheart...

I only had the pleasure of meeting Elvoy on one occasion a few years back. He seemed so genuine and loving. To this day, I still remember the smile he had as he shared a few of his jokes with me.

My heart goes out to his family ~ especially Lori. You were so wonderful to him.
