Not sure what to say?

My condolences go to the Allred family, we lived next door to them for years in Burley,Idaho. Our family loved & appreciated them. I'm sure he will be missed. He was a great man.

Bob & I are so sorry to hear of Malcolm's passing. He was always so kind and considerate to us. I will never forget his sweet words to me, as I was holding our 18 month old son, Andy. He said, "I remember the day that that little fellow was born and how we all rejoiced!" Who else could say so much in a sentence? He will be missed. Love, Marian McCann

Dear Barbara, you'll never know how much of an impact you and Malcolm had on our lives. You with your wonderful way of teaching Wendy the violin and Malcomb who first decided to save Lundstrom park and got Greg Robinson and I to chair it! Do you remember those heady days when we took on the city and won to save a much loved and used park? We will miss his sweet smile and good heart. Love from Chris and Bobbie Coray. We are in Denmark right now or we would be there with you.

Dear Barbara. I was so sorry to read of Malcom's passing. He was such a great friend and mentor when we worked together in the Elem. Ed. Dept. at USU. He was a wonderful teacher and such a kind and GENTLE man. My thoughts are with you this day. Mona Higbee Richardson

My condolences to our friends, the Allreds. I have wonderful childhood memories of our family camping with the Allreds up Logan canyon. Malcom will be missed.

Just last week, as a friend and I were talking about how fast children grow and are gone, I quoted Malcolm. 35 years ago, in an elementary ed class, Malcolm said, "Sometimes in our home, an Aggie basketball game comes before homework." He then talked about setting priorities, especially those centered around family and making memories. His advice has come to me often over the years. He was also the one to suggest students ought to learn a trade at BATC so they could earn higher wages...

Wonderful to have met and known Malcom. What a great example of our Savior. Wish we could be there with you. David and Barbara Moore

We were blessed to be able to be neighbors with Elwood. His obituary sums up all the characteristics that we observed. Mortality has lost a great spirit and eternity has gained one. Malcom is the type of person we all should want to be when we grow up no matter what our age.
