Am very sad, to learn of Elwood's death. A great high school athletic teammate at NCHS. Could have played pro basketball. Friendly, engaging gent, despite being a huge competitor. Military man. When we were growing up, Joe' was the first redhead I'd known, and he delighted in it! Also, he'd always be quick off the mark in greeting people, and making them feel good. So nice that he requested memorials to Trinity Church and CF. May our Lord Christ be with him on Joe's...

I will miss the stories of our family that you use to tell me about. I know Larry will greatly miss you too. R I P Joe , and don't do too much boxing with your dad and mine.

Elwood, you were my big brother and someone i looked up to as we were growing up.Now you have gone to a much safer, loving place. When you see my father, hug him for me. You will be missed by so many. Love you Elwood.

I love you Daddy, give Mom & Joey a hugh tight hug from me. Thank you for being such a wonderful Daddy, you were always there for me no matter what.
