Not sure what to say?

What a nice picture of a lovely man and his best friend. I hope Gladys is well taken care of. She will miss her buddy.

The first thing you noticed about Elwood was the tremendous bond he had with Gladys. I would see him at the ball field on Pemberton Drive. Gladys was next to him on a blanket unless it was hot...then she was in the shade to stay cool. I would stop to give him dog food and Gladys was always there to "thank" me. He will be missed by many.

So sorry to hear of his passing. He was such a delightful man who deeply loved his dog. I remember driving around one day looking for them. My dog Kacey had passed and I wanted to give him her food and blankets. The smile on his face and the wag of Gladys' tail was all worth it! She poked her head in my car as if to say "thank you".

Rest in heavenly peace my friend,
Tammy Ewing

Rest in Peace

I am very sorry to hear of this, my wife and I would buy food for Elwood and Gladys all the time and even got her her shots and had her groomed several times. Elwood loved her dearly as did she. Our hope is that she has a good home and can rest for the rest of her life. God Bless You Elwood

May the family find comfort in God's word the Bible. 2 Timothy 3:16

Very sorry to hear this. You could tell when you saw the both of them there was a bond of true love. He will be missed.

I remember when I first met Mr. Towers and Gladys. We had a wonderful conversation. He shared the story of how Gladys became a part of his life. I will always remember that day. Rest in peace, Mr. Towers. You will surely be missed.
