Elwood Wiggins ELIZABETH CITY - Elwood "Old Man" Wiggins, 89, of the 600 block of Eclipse Road, died Feb. 17, 2009. A funeral will be held Sunday at 2 p.m. in Memorial Missionary Baptist Church. Stallings Funeral Home, Elizabeth City, is in charge.
