Not sure what to say?

We are so saddened by the loss of Mrs. Emelda, our dear family, neighbor, friend and loved one. She was the best mother, and in turn had the best children, who made sure that she was cared for, nurtured and loved to her last day and beyond. It was a joy to visit her on each of our return trips to New Orleans over the last 50 plus years. We loved her laughter and her joyous description of how much her sons and daughter meant to her. They were her every thought! Each of her children knew...

To William Brousseau and the family and friends of Mrs Emelda; Please accept my sincere condolences for the passing of your loved one. May God grant you peace and strength at this most difficult time.

Send my deepest sympathy and prayers for strength during this time for the family.

Marie, you´re so blessed to have had such a tremendous mom... My heartfelt condolences to you and your family.

May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

Mrs. Brousseau was family, before she became my next door neighbor. Porch talks, kitchen window talks, swing talks, front/back yard talks all made her my surrogate grandmother. Her humorous yet loving wisdom helped me even when she struggled with health issues. I will cherish my memories with my brother-in-law´s mother. My condolences to all of her family.
