Emery Arnold Reinhart passed away on May 10, 2013, after a brief illness. He was born in Wiarton, Ontario,, Canada on January 23, 1922, to Melvin and Pearl Reinhart. He is survived by his wife Rita; a son James; daughters Janet (Jeffrey Etten) and Lisa (Chad Miller) and four grandchildren; Mason, Cole, Michael and Livia.
Emery worked in the manufacturing field in business and finance management. He served in the Royal Canadian Army Medical Corps from 1942 to 1946. As a young man, he moved to the United States and obtained U.S. Citizenship, worked in Detroit, Michigan and then to Minneapolis, Minnesota. He was a member of the Minneapolis Southwest Lions Club for 20 years, receiving the Lions International Melvin Jones Award for outstanding volunteerism.
Emery retired to Florida, living in Ft. Myers initially and most recently in Sebring in the Tanglewood Community. He was active in the Tanglewood Shuffleboard Club and a loyal member of the Tanglewood Community Church.
Emery loved life. He loved to socialize. He always had a warm smile and a generous kindness that touched everyone he met. He enjoyed music and loved singing hymns in full voice. He was the definition of a true Christian. His faith in God gave him great comfort and strength every day of his life.

As the days and weeks pass, and as you return to life's routine, may you continue to feel comforted by the love and support of family and friends.

Our thanks to everyone who touched this man's life. He left us with no fear or apprehension. His 91 years were filled with many wonderful memories. We plan to celebrate his life this summer. We will post here when the details are set
