Dear Emil & Beth,
I am so very sorry to hear about your Dad. I just found out Sat the 24th that he passed. My sincerest prayers and thoughts are with you, your Mom, and the rest of your family. Even though it's been many years since I've seen your Dad, he and your Mom always made me feel welcome in your house. If there is anything we can do (even if you just need another hug from someone), please let me know.

Dear Dolly and family,
Just a few short years ago I met your husband/father and knew right away he was a very special, warm and loving man. I consider myself lucky to have spent time with him at your family gathering, basketball games, and even at my own home celebrating his grandaughter Erins birthday. The time I knew him was rather short however I feel like I have known him for a long time and I thank you for sharing him with me and my family. I am greatful to have my son becoming...

Dear Dolly & Family
You are in my thoughts & prayers.
I first met Emil when I began working at Benetz Inn in 1968. Emil always treated everyone (us kids at Benetz) as if we were family. I will miss the Friday's seeing and chatting with him when he would chauffeur his mother from the salon to go shopping or home. Emil always asked, "How is the family" in his genuine caring voice.
A gold star is now an angel!

Lynda & Family:
I have know you guys for many many years. Your Mom and Dad always made me feel very welcome in your house. Your Dad was a very special person in my eyes I am going to miss him very much. My Mom enjoyed working with your Dad at Benetz. She always said kind words about him. Mom just saw your Dad over 3 weeks ago and he was joking with her at the drugstore. It was such a shock to everyone. I have been through this myself. My dead past away 17 years ago in May. You just hold...

I read this at Pop Pop's funeral but would like to share it because it sums up who Pop Pop was. I love you Pop Pop.
Every person has a select few who are special people in their lives. I have been blessed to have several special people in my life, and to me, those special people are also my heroes. Pop Pop was one of those people; and he was one of my heroes whom I loved with all my heart.
As we all know, since we are gathered here today, that Pop Pop was an amazing person. ...
