Not sure what to say?

Every few years I go back and look at photos of you. You we my father figure for so long and since you have been gone, I still rock the blues and watch Star Trek with no sound. Every fall I hike and find spider webs and imagine what color they should be? You helped me stack Lincoln logs and hot to swing a hammer. I miss you bubby me and kiah. I come back to this page every fews years and I have say you will be forever missed.

To the Lahr Family,

My thoughts and prayers are with your family in your time of sorrow. Buddy is a special person and a great friend. I was shock and taken aback, for I had no knowledge he was ill. It seems like yesterday, however a couple of years ago I ran into Buddy on a weekend at JKB Homes Buddy was getting caught up on his scheduling for the next week. We told each other the story of our life's since our last visit, laughed, joked and just enjoyed the moment there...

To Bud, Esther and the Lahr Family,

We were so sorry to read about Buddy and the loss of such a special person. We hope you know that our thoughts, love, and prayers are with you during this time and always. You have been a very important part of my life, like my own family, and while we know we can't fully understand the depth of your sorrow, we do stand beside you.
We love you all very much,

Debbie and Lew Kuykendall

I was so sad when I received the call of the Passing of Buddy. My heart breaks for all of you. My thoughts and prayers are with you. I was so glad to have had the chance to visit with Buddy last year as we had so much to catch up on and wonderful memories we shared. Telling him I had grandchildren was so funny he said WHAT, we just turned 21 yesterday where did the years go. He was the happiest I had seen him in a long time. May you rest in peace my Friend until we meet again...Dann:...

My Lost Brother,

How do we speak of the fullness of your life with only words on a page? How can we express the sound of your voice or the glint in your eye? Such things are impossible; yet this is the unhappy task that now confronts us. You included me when I was awkward. You protected me when I was weak. You taught me adventure when I was timid. You inspired me before I had my own vision. You introduced me the magic of a guitar. You laughed at me when I was too serious....

And another regrettable thing about death is the ceasing of your own brand of magic, which took a whole life to develop.
Who will do it again? That's it: no one; imitators and descendants aren't the same.

Buddy, all I can say is you were my hero, I always wanted to be just like you when I was little, you were my big brother. I would like to thank everyone for all the caring words and memories you have expected in your messages about him.

To the Lahr family, I am so sorry to read about Buddy today. It has been many many years since we have been in contact but your family still holds a special memory to me and my family. I have been taken down memory lane this morning and have fond memories of staying at your house in Hilmar when we moved to CA. My prayers and thoughts are with you all!

I was so very blessed to have Emil in my life. He was a warm, loving, caring soul. I loved him dearly and miss him so very much. You will always be family to me.
