Emil was a devoted and loving father to his four children Dr. Anthony Casino (Susan), Dr. Chris Casino (Denise), Amy Lanzelotti (Jim), and Jennifer Haberberger (Sal). He loved being “Pap” and “Tatone” to Kelly, Emily (Andy), Nick, Caleb, Hannah (Grant), Abby, Maddy, Livvy, Max, Giovanni, Jaxon, Isaiah, and Luca.

Emil was a graduate of Jeannette High School, the University of Pittsburgh, and Pitt Dental School. He started his practice in Jeannette in 1962. He later worked alongside his two sons after establishing Casino Family Dental Center until his retirement in 2005.
