I had the privilege of being part of the Washington, DC legal team that represented Spanish International Communications Corporation before the FCC, and as such I had many occasions to witness Emilio's inherent graciousness and warmth. My sincere condolences to the family . I had the pleasure and honor of being his nurse while I worked with Dr. Harold Cooper at 2200 McCullough. What a fun patient he was.
