My heartfelt condolences to the family on your loss of a dear friend to all. I had the privilege of being part of the Washington, DC legal team that represented Spanish International Communications Corporation before the FCC, and as such I had many occasions to witness Emilio's inherent graciousness and warmth. I was particularly touched when he sent a lovely floral arrangement to my home on the occasion of my marriage.

My sincere condolences to the family . I had the pleasure and honor of being his nurse while I worked with Dr. Harold Cooper at 2200 McCullough. What a fun patient he was. He was always a gentleman as well. My sincere love and prayers to his wife Irma, as well his son Guillermo which I recall warmly. And all his family. Blessings to all.
