I remember how proud he was when we played our accordions together Janet! Even though we were very young, I remember most your dad's amazing smile & love for his accordion as he showed us what a polka should sound like! What happy times and memories!

I took care of Emilio (POPS) at Merrill Gardens, I will always remember his loving smile and caring eyes. Emelio was a special man, and kept our spirits up. I visited him a couple of times at Magnolia House and felt real happy when I would walk in and him call me MAMA! Emilio was a very special man. and meant alot to me...I love you Pops and miss you....

Emilio, you will be missed. Your strength of character and kindness will always be remembered. To shake your hand meant trust and friendship for life. Though I need be careful my hand not be crushed, your gentle manor always carried the day. You were always considerate and caring with family, friends and land. May you rest with peace in the farms of heaven. My sincere condolences to your family and friends of Santa Maria Valley.

Whenever I saw Emilio he always had a twinkle in his eye, he was happy to see you and would give you a smile. He had a opinion on most things, and believed in his convictions. He was a pillar of the community and an asset to Santa Maria Valley.
May the peace which comes from the memories of love shared, comfort you now and in the days ahead.
