I want to remind you that not only did I respect him but that I admired him for his strength of character, his determination in life and his tenacity in not just his dream but in his strength, courage and dedication to acheive it. The story of how he came to America and his struggles to become an American citizen will always be a source of strength for me. Dear dad, I just hope that you know that most every thing I did for you I did because I love you, This is such a great loss to me words cannot fill the void. I will continue to cry for you and miss you with all my heart and soul. No one could have asked for a better dad.

Rick and Emilio, we the Ríos family are going to miss him too. He was a dear friend of ours for a long time (since the time he and Amparo resided in Cookeville for several years and they were one of our best neighbors).
