We're saddened to hear of Emily's passing and send our prayers and sympathy to you and all the family. Emily enjoyed life and brought joy to all around her, along with a special friendship with Mother (Leslie Scheible). I will fondly remember her laughter during visits to the Scheible home in Dallas with Ray as she and Mother would share jokes and stories. Walter & Leslie treasure those visits, and we wish you God's Peace...

Emily was such a sweet friend to my parents Walt & Leslie, and I know they had such wonderful times at the Polka Festivals with her & "Brudder Ray". She continued to stay in touch with Mother & Daddy, and they looked forward to Emily's phone calls and letters. Know that you are in my thoughts & prayers, as well as Walt & Leslie's.

A true friend who listened but did not judge. Fun to travel with and enjoyed the polka. Always extremely appreciative of her chauffeurs. We'll miss her good nature and her zest for life.
