My mom, Gladys Dunn, and Emily were cousins. Emily told me that she is the one who took Emily to the hospital when she had her first baby & how much she loved my mom. I lost my mom in 1999 & that meant a lot to me to hear all the kind words she had about mom. Emily was the kind of person who always had something to say to make a person feel good. I have missed seeing her coming into the cafe. We always had something to share about the family.
Rest in peace, Emily.

She especially enjoyed introducing me to one of her children when one accompanied her to the drugstore. I felt that I knew each of you well, as she shared special events with me. We had many good conversations at the counter, and she was a dear and sweet lady. I am so sorry for your loss, and send you my sincere...
