Not sure what to say?

Mary, Jim, and Maggie, we were extremely saddened to hear of Emily's passing. She was a great friend of our family my entire life & was so good to my Mom when she started to slip a little bit with memory & things. Though I didn't see them all that often, I have such great memories of both your Dad & your Mom. I still have a beer bottle cap your Dad crushed between his index & middle finger when I was a kid!! I remember thinking that was the coolest thing ever!! My Dad was so crushed when...

I got to know Emily through Margarets eyes. Many stories of her integrity, humor, she was witty and a hard worker. She was kind and generous and could even give tips on the Stock Market. I'm sorry for your loss but I think she is happy and in good company now.

Emily was one of the brightest and nicest people I have ever known. She was such a well-rounded person and could intelligently discuss so many different topics. The friends she talked about and knew well were the people that built Flint and larger Genesee County. My condolences to Emily's family. She was a special, special lady.

Emily must be near the last of a group of friends, including my parents and many others, who were schoolmates, fought in and survived WW II, prospered and raised their children in the postwar years. The Greatest Generation has lost another hero. Emily, please say hi to Jim, Marc and my parents for me when you see them. Margaret, my thoughts are with you.

I remember emily since i was a child growing up she was a very nice neighbor & will be missed

Emily has been a wonderful neighbor for many years as well as a very dear friend. She was an amazing lady and we know you will miss her deeply as we will also.
