Emily Maggs

Emily Maggs was my friend but she was so close to me I called her my sister I can't forget the day my parents told that Emily had died in a car crash i was angry and sad cause of her death I couldn't go to her funeral but I know that she is with me in spirit and will never leave me till I die then we can be together.

I remember the last time I saw her. I was in the tech booth at church when I saw her. I called for her so I could show her that I had straight A's. She said that was awesome. She also said that she could tell I had great future ahead of me and to keep it up. She also said that I did a great job on the slides. Then she walked away. that was the last time I saw her. To the entire family of Emily. My heart hurts so bad for you all as we went through this same hurt and pain last August with our son Scott. I got to meet Emily one time when Scott brought her over to our house before they went to hangout. She was so sweet and polite!! My prayers are with you all. If you ever need to talk we will be here for you. Also Grace for Greiving has helped in so many ways.

I am deeply saddened tonight, as my mother gave me the news of Emily's passing.

Although I only have one memory of her, it is a grand one. Emily and my son Trey danced at my cousin Brooks' wedding, what seems like so many years ago now and as I recall, they stole the show.

I believe she is dancing with angles now.
