Not sure what to say?

It is with tremendous sadness that only today did I learn of the recent passing of Mrs. McNally, and I wish to take this time to express my deepest condolences to her entire family. I will always remember her with great fondness as a wonderful drama teacher and director at Julius T. Wright School For Girls, and I experienced the great pleasure of being in a couple of her productions. May the many memories of her sustain her family and friends in the time to come, and may God wrap His loving...

My heart is heavy with the news of Mrs. McNally's passing. She was a dear friend to my mother and always had a way of making her feel loved. They were very much alike and it wasn't always easy to be so enthusiastic in small town, USA so to find another soul like hers was a true treasure. I know Mom is trilled to welcome her to Heaven and I can hear them catching up with everything they've missed. I am so sorry for your loss, Ed. I know your family will miss her bigger than life presence....

For you Mom --- we will always love and miss you and you were and still are a light in the world !

Love --- You son -- Jerry

I always loved when Mrs. McNally would come have her hearing tested or hearing aids checked. She was a joy and always brightened my day. She will be missed here at Premier Medical Audiology.

To know Emily was to know a part of Southern history. She was the quintessential southern belle, exuding charm, grace and gentile good manners. She loved her husband George, her sons Edward and Jerry and their families, and cherished her friends in Mobile and Atlanta and throughout the country. All who knew her were richer for that experience. Hers was a life well lived.

Our deepest sympathy to the family.

What stands out in my mind the most about Emily is her enthusiasm, charm, kindness, and gracefulness. I had the pleasure of meeting her when William and Beverly married during which time I shared with the Bell family as a member of the wedding party as both I and my future husband were included in all of the festivities. Having grown up in Birmingham with Beverly as my best childhood friend, Emily, Mac, Jean, Winifred, and Dr.& Mrs. Bell, made me feel like I was part of the family. It has...

Sending you our love and prayers. Emily was one of a kind and we were honored to know her!
